I’m all about finding new recipes and having minor culinary adventures. But. Sometimes you need to just go with something you trust. This is one of those weeks, and these are my trusty culinary weapons:
1. Salmon with Brown Butter and Almonds (done in 20 minutes!)
2. Sausage, Kale, and White Bean Stew (also done in 20 minutes!!)
And then there are leftovers and projects and other things to think about. Next week will be a food-filled week. This week is a life-filled week. Also snow-filled. Who knew we’d get snow in late March in Virginia?
