I believe Gallup recently ranked Lynchburg the 37th happiest metropolitan area (loosely interpreted) in the United States. To honor that and party with a good song, the city decided we should create our own video for Pharrell’s Happy. If you haven’t seen the original, you should check it out. It’s good stuff. Ours is, too, even if I am biased.
