I wish I could help you, but I believe that Etsy shop might have closed in the last three years. I did a quick search to see if I could find something comparable, and there wasn’t anything exactly the same (yay for original art!). That said, there is some very charming photography of rabbits that could do the trick. And there is a sweet drawing that could work in the mix. Here are some starting points:
