A toast to April, which is sometimes warm, sometimes rainy, sometimes cold.  But definitely inching towards summer.

I’ll admit that I haven’t used this recipe for grapefruit margaritas before.  I don’t see how it could go wrong though.  If you’re already out of work for the week and find yourself near some grapefruit and tequila, enjoy that toast and the idea of summer on the way and a nice weekend, to boot.

P.S.  Comedy fun on the topic of grapefruit.  (There are a few curse words in there, so don’t accidentally watch this at work with the volume really high.)
